Winch System is part of the AQS-24 Mine Hunting System

November 15, 2018 – Okeanus Science & Technology, LLC (Okeanus), an established marine equipment and engineering service provider, has completed the factory acceptance test, source inspection, and delivery of their latest USV based winch for Northrop Grumman’s AQS-24 mine hunting system. The NGC MHU winch is the newest in the expanding Okeanus catalog of autonomous USV based products, which includes winches and handling systems.

This LARs System can deploy and retrieve packages to 3,000m and working load of 4,000lbs.
